Analysis of Lead and Zinc

Lead-zinc ore is a mineral rich in metallic elements such as lead and zinc. The hardness of lead-zinc ore is 2.0, the melting point is 419.5 C, the boiling point is 911 C, and when heated to 100-150 C, it has good compressibility and the specific gravity of calendering is 7.19. Lead and zinc are widely used in electrical industry, machinery industry, military industry, metallurgical industry, chemical industry, light industry and pharmaceutical industry. Lead-zinc deposits in China are mainly concentrated in Yunnan, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Guangdong, Hunan and Guangxi.

Production Process

The whole lead-zinc beneficiation production line uses two-stage grinding process, which not only reduces the sliming of ore caused by lead-zinc overgrinding and reduces the efficiency of grinding machine, but also improves the output and meets the required grinding fineness. Three magnetic separators are selected and one magnetic separator is used in the first stage. In the second stage, a roughing magnetic separator and a concentrating magnetic separator are used to meet the requirements of concentrate grade below 63. After preliminary separation by magnetic separator, lead and zinc particles are fed into the flotation machine. According to different characteristics of lead and zinc, different drugs are added to make them leave. After preliminary concentration by concentrator and drying by dryer, the product can be obtained.
